Welcome to Sastiwebsite.in. We provide website development and related digital services. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Our services may include website design, website development, website hosting, domain-related services, website maintenance, website content editing, website updates, add-ons, and other digital services listed on our website. The exact services provided are determined by the specific package and add-ons you select during your order.

2. Pricing & Orders

All prices are displayed on our website. The ₹10 Starter Plan is subject to the inclusions displayed at the time of purchase. Additional features or add-ons may incur additional charges. Domain and hosting charges may be separate or included depending on the selected package. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown according to our billing configuration.

An order is created when a customer submits a purchase or enquiry. Service commencement may depend on successful payment verification and receipt of required customer information and materials. We may contact you for clarification or required content before commencing work.

3. Payment

Payments may be processed through our configured payment gateways. Payment status is determined solely by verified payment-gateway information. A payment is considered received only after successful verification by our systems. Please note that a screenshot or WhatsApp message alone does not constitute payment confirmation.

4. Guest Purchases & Customer Dashboard

Customers purchasing a single website may do so as a guest without creating an account where the checkout flow permits. However, account creation may be required for accessing Customer Dashboard functionality.

Registered customers may have access to website management, content editing, order history, invoices, support tickets, domain management, hosting management, and renewal information. The availability of these features depends on the purchased services and current platform capabilities.

5. Website Content & Editing

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and lawful text, images, logos, product information, business information, and contact information. You must have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any material you provide. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Where website content editing is available through the dashboard, customers may update supported website fields. Changes may require validation, review, approval, and publishing depending on the website template and service. SastiWebsite is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information entered by the customer.

6. Domain & Hosting Services

If SastiWebsite provides domain registration or renewal services:

• Domain availability is subject to registrar availability.
• Domain registration is subject to registrar rules.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate registration information.
• Domain renewals must be completed before expiry. SastiWebsite is not responsible for domain loss caused by failure to renew on time when the customer is responsible for renewal/payment.
• Domain ownership and registration rights are governed by the applicable registrar/registry rules.

If hosting is purchased through SastiWebsite:

• Hosting is subject to the selected hosting plan and resource limits may apply.
• Hosting renewal must be paid before expiry.
• Abuse, illegal activity, malware, spam, copyright infringement, or prohibited activities may result in suspension.

7. Website Renewals

Website-related services (including domains, hosting, and maintenance) may have renewal periods. Customers are responsible for reviewing renewal dates and maintaining valid contact/payment information. While renewal reminders may be provided, they do not guarantee that a renewal deadline cannot be missed.

8. Delivery & Revisions

Website delivery time depends on the selected package, customer requirements, content availability, customer response time, revisions, and technical requirements. The delivery timeline begins only after required information, content, and payment have been received. We do not guarantee unconditional delivery times unless specifically stated.

The number of revisions is defined by your package. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

9. Third-Party Services

SastiWebsite may use third-party providers for payment processing, domain registration, hosting, email, analytics, cloud storage, and other infrastructure. These services are subject to their own respective terms and policies.

10. Promotional Coupons & Referral Program

Promotional coupons may be limited to specific plans, have expiry dates, usage limits, and cannot necessarily be combined with other promotions. We reserve the right to disable or modify promotional campaigns at any time. Fraudulent coupon usage may result in order cancellation.

Promotional or referral codes may provide eligible customers with discounts. The promoter relationship is an internal commercial arrangement between SastiWebsite and its promoters.

11. Intellectual Property

Customer-provided logos, text, images, and business content remain the customer's responsibility and right, subject to applicable law. SastiWebsite retains rights in original code, templates, frameworks, design systems, proprietary components, and platform technology, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Prohibited Use, Suspension & Liability

Customers must not use our services for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, phishing, spam, copyright infringement, impersonation, or other prohibited activities. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, illegal activity, security threats, violation of these terms, or fraudulent transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SastiWebsite's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
