1. Website Development Services

Due to the customized nature of digital services, our cancellation and refund conditions vary based on the stage of the project:

• Before Work Commences: If a cancellation is requested before any design or development work has begun and before any third-party costs (like domain purchases) have been incurred, a refund may be provided minus processing fees.
• During Development: Once work has commenced, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the work completed. Fees for work already executed will not be refunded.
• After Delivery: Once the website or digital service has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Domain Fees

Domain registration and renewal charges are subject to the rules of the respective domain registrar. Once a domain is successfully registered or renewed on your behalf, these fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Hosting Services

Hosting services may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing. However, refunds for pre-paid hosting periods are subject to the terms of the underlying hosting provider. In most cases, partial months are not refunded.

4. Add-ons & Digital Products

Completed digital work, custom add-ons, or digital assets that have been delivered to the customer are non-refundable.

5. Failed Payments

An order is not treated as paid, and service will not commence, if a payment is not successfully verified by our payment gateway. If you are charged but the payment fails to reflect in our system, the payment provider generally auto-refunds the amount within a few business days.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved by Sastiwebsite.in, it will generally be processed back to the original payment method where possible. The exact processing time depends on the banking networks and payment provider used during the initial transaction.
